Terms of Use

Effective September 28, 2026

Please read these terms. Section 12 has a binding arbitration agreement and a class-action waiver. That means most disputes with us are decided by an arbitrator, one person at a time, not by a judge or jury and not as a group. Small claims court is still an option, and you can opt out of arbitration within 30 days.

These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and OmniBuys LLC, a Florida limited liability company doing business as Casalow ("Casalow," "we" or "us"). They cover casalow.com and our calls, texts and scheduling service (together, the "service"). By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

The short version

  • Casalow sets up an in-home visit with one local pro. We don't do the work.
  • The pro is an independent business, not our employee or agent.
  • If you hire the pro, your contract is with the pro, not with us.
  • We don't guarantee the pro's work, price or timing.
  • Disputes with us go to individual arbitration based in Miami, Florida, or to small claims court.

1. What Casalow does

Casalow is an introduction and scheduling service. You tell us about your project. We look for one local pro who does that kind of work near you. Then we set up a time for them to come to your home, measure and give you a price.

Casalow is not a contractor. We don't design, sell, build or install anything, and we don't give advice about your project. We may not have a pro for your area or your project, and we may decline or cancel any request.

2. The pro is independent

Each pro is an independent business. Pros are not our employees, agents or partners. We don't control how they do their work, what they charge, or when they can do it. Anything a pro tells you or promises you comes from the pro, not from Casalow.

3. What "vetted" means

When we call a pro "vetted," we mean we review the pro's business before we work with them. A review has limits. It is not a guarantee. Before you sign anything, check that the pro has any license your state or town requires, ask for references, and get everything in writing.

4. Your deal is with the pro

  • We don't guarantee any pro's work, materials, price, estimate, schedule or timing.
  • If you hire a pro, your contract is between you and the pro. Casalow is not part of that contract.
  • Questions or problems about the work, the price, permits, the pro's warranty or timing are between you and the pro.
  • You decide whether to hire anyone. You never have to hire the pro we send.

If something goes wrong with a visit, please tell us. We want to know, and we may stop working with that pro. But we are not responsible for the pro's work.

5. How Casalow is paid

Casalow doesn't charge homeowners. The pros we work with pay us for the visits we set up.

6. Who can use Casalow

Casalow is for homeowners in the United States. To use it, you must be at least 18 and own the home where the work would be done, or have the owner's permission to set up the visit. The information you give us must be true. The phone number you give us must be yours, or one you're allowed to use.

7. Calls and texts

When you agree on our form, Casalow may text you about your request at the number you gave us. If you also agree to calls, we may call you there too. We use these calls and texts to schedule, confirm and remind you of your visit, and to follow up on your project. Sam, our scheduling assistant, may be automated or AI-assisted. Calls may use automated technology or an artificial or AI voice. Calls may be recorded, and we'll tell you at the start when they are.

You don't have to agree to calls or texts to use Casalow or to buy anything. Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts, or HELP for help. You can also tell us on a call, or send us a note. The full rules for our texts are in our Text Message Terms. How we handle your information is in our Privacy Policy.

If your number changes or you give it up, please tell us, so we don't reach the wrong person.

8. Using our website

Please don't:

  • give us someone else's information, or a phone number that isn't yours;
  • send fake requests or misuse the service;
  • copy, scrape or reuse our site or its content;
  • break, overload or get around the security of the site; or
  • use the service for anything illegal.

The Casalow name, logo, website and content belong to OmniBuys LLC. You may use the site for your own personal use only.

9. No warranties

We provide the service "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no promises or warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don't promise that the service will always be available or work without errors, or that we'll find a pro for you.

10. Limits on our liability

To the fullest extent the law allows:

  • Casalow is not responsible for anything a pro does or fails to do, including their work, materials, price, schedule, conduct, or any damage to your home or belongings.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or lost data.
  • Our total liability to you for anything related to the service is limited to $100.

Some states don't allow some of these limits. If you live in one of those states, these limits apply only as far as your state allows.

11. Indemnity (if you break these terms)

If someone else makes a demand or files a lawsuit against Casalow because you broke these terms or the law, or gave us false information (for example, someone else's phone number), you agree to defend and repay Casalow, OmniBuys LLC, and our owners, employees and agents for the resulting losses, costs and reasonable legal fees.

12. Disputes: arbitration and class-action waiver

Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.

Talk to us first

Most problems can be fixed quickly. Before starting arbitration or a court case, you agree to send us a note (or write to our mailing address below) with your name, contact details, what happened and what you want. We'll do the same if we have a dispute with you. If we can't work it out within 30 days, either of us can start arbitration.

Binding arbitration

You and Casalow agree that any dispute between us about the service, these terms, our calls or texts, or our privacy practices will be decided by binding arbitration, not in court. This includes disputes that came up before you agreed to these terms. The American Arbitration Association (AAA) will run the arbitration under its Consumer Arbitration Rules (see adr.org). One arbitrator decides, and can award the same individual relief a court could. The AAA's consumer rules limit the fees you have to pay. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this section.

The arbitration will be based in Miami, Florida. You can choose to take part by phone, video or written papers, so you don't have to travel. If there is an in-person hearing, the arbitrator may hold it in the county where you live.

No class actions

You and Casalow may each bring disputes only for yourselves, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, group or representative action, in court or in arbitration. The arbitrator can't combine more than one person's dispute or give relief to a group. If this class-action waiver can't be enforced for a dispute, then that dispute, and only that one, will go to court instead of arbitration.

Small claims court

Instead of arbitration, either of us may take an individual dispute to small claims court if it qualifies there. You can file in the county where you live or in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

You can opt out

You can opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days after you first agree to these terms. Send us a note that starts with "Arbitration opt-out." Include your name, address and phone number, and say clearly that you want to opt out. Opting out doesn't change the rest of these terms.

13. Florida law

Florida law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where federal law (like the Federal Arbitration Act) applies. Any dispute that doesn't go to arbitration or small claims court will be decided only in the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida, and you and we agree to those courts' jurisdiction. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under your own state's consumer laws that can't be waived.

14. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms. We'll post the new version on this page with a new effective date, and the changes apply from that date. Changes won't apply to a dispute that either of us raised before the change. If we change Section 12, you can reject that change by sending us a note within 30 days, and the earlier version of Section 12 will still apply to you.

15. Changing or stopping the service

We may change, pause or stop any part of the service at any time. We may stop working with you if you break these terms. Sections 4 and 9 through 13 still apply after that.

16. Other legal terms

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Text Message Terms, are the whole agreement between you and Casalow about the service. If a court or arbitrator finds part of these terms can't be enforced, the rest still applies, except as Section 12 says about the class-action waiver. If we don't enforce a term right away, we can still enforce it later. You may not transfer these terms to someone else. We may transfer them to a company that takes over Casalow.
