Privacy Policy

Effective September 28, 2026

Casalow helps homeowners get one real price from one vetted local pro. This policy explains what we collect when you use casalow.com or talk with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

Casalow is a brand of OmniBuys LLC, a Florida company. In this policy, "Casalow," "we" and "us" mean OmniBuys LLC.

The short version

  • We use your details to reach you and set up a visit with one local pro.
  • We share your details with that one pro so they can come out. Never with a list. Never with a group of contractors.
  • We do not sell your personal information.
  • We never share your mobile number or your text opt-in with anyone for their marketing.
  • Reply STOP to any text to stop texts. Send us a privacy request to see, fix or delete your information.

1. What we collect

What you tell us

  • Waitlist form: your first name, mobile number, email and ZIP code.
  • Project form (when you ask for a visit): your name, phone, email and home address; that you own the home; what you want done; your rough timing; and a rough budget you have in mind.
  • Calls and texts with us: what you tell us, such as good times for a visit and details about your project.

What we collect automatically

  • Device and usage data: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the link or ad that brought you here, and when you visited. We may use your IP address to estimate your general area, such as your city. We don't track your exact location.
  • Cookies, pixels and similar tools. See Section 5.

Call and text records

  • Your phone number, the date, time and length of calls, and the texts we send and receive.
  • Recordings and written transcripts of calls. When a call is recorded, we tell you at the start.
  • Records of when you agreed to get texts, and when you asked us to stop.

What others tell us

  • Ad platforms: if you fill out a form inside Facebook or Instagram, Meta sends us your answers. Ad platforms may also tell us which ad you clicked.
  • The pro: whether the visit happened, and basic notes about your project.

We don't need your Social Security number or bank details. Please don't send them to us.

2. How we use it

  • To check whether we serve your area, and to tell you when we do.
  • To call and text you about your request.
  • To match you with one local pro and book your in-home visit.
  • To send confirmations and reminders, and to change the time if you need to.
  • To follow up after the visit, and to check that the pro showed up and treated you well.
  • To answer your questions and help if something goes wrong.
  • To run, fix and improve our website and service.
  • To see which ads and pages work, and to show our ads to people who may want them.
  • To keep records of your consent and your opt-outs.
  • To stop fraud and spam, and to follow the law.

About Sam. Sam is our scheduling assistant. Sam may be automated or AI-assisted, and a person on our team can step in when needed. Sam may use AI tools to read and write messages and to understand calls. The companies behind these tools work for us as service providers.

3. Who we share it with

One local pro

When you ask us to set up a visit, we share your name, contact details, home address, project details and visit time with the one pro we book for you. The pro needs this to confirm, show up and give you a price. The pro may contact you to confirm or plan your visit. Each pro is an independent business, and its own policies cover how it handles your details after that.

We don't sell or rent lists of homeowners, and we never pass your details to a group of contractors.

Service providers

These are companies that help us run Casalow, such as website hosting, texting and calling (our phone system), customer records (CRM), email, scheduling, AI tools that help Sam, and analytics and advertising tools. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.

Ad partners

When we use ad tools on our site, companies such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram) and Google may get information about your visit through cookies and pixels. This can include the pages you view and whether you filled out our form. We may also share a scrambled (hashed) copy of your email address so they can tell us whether our ads worked. We never share your mobile number with ad partners. See Section 5 to opt out.

Legal needs

We may share information if the law requires it, such as for a subpoena or court order. We may also share it to protect the rights and property of Casalow, our users or others, or to look into fraud or misuse.

If the business changes hands

If OmniBuys LLC or Casalow is sold or merged with another company, your information may go to the new owner. The new owner would have to follow this policy for that information.

With your OK

We may share information for other reasons if you ask us to or agree to it.

Text messages

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

4. We don't sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. The pros we work with pay Casalow for the visits we set up. When you ask us to book a visit, you are telling us to share your details with that one pro. That is sharing you asked for, not a sale of your information.

5. Cookies, pixels and similar tools

Cookies are small files your browser stores. Pixels and tags are small bits of code on a web page. We and our partners may use these tools to:

  • make the site work, such as keeping your form answers as you go;
  • count visits and see how people use the site (analytics); and
  • see which ads work, and show our ads to people who may want them (advertising).

Ad partners may combine what they learn with information they already have about you, under their own privacy policies.

Your choices:

  • Block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Most of the site will still work without them.
  • Change your ad settings in your Facebook or Instagram account (Accounts Center, then Ad preferences) and in your Google account (My Ad Center).
  • Opt out of interest-based ads from many companies at optout.aboutads.info and optout.networkadvertising.org.
  • Turn on Global Privacy Control (GPC) in your browser. We treat a GPC signal as a request to opt out of sharing for ads.

Some browsers send a "Do Not Track" signal. There is no common standard for it, so we don't respond to it. We do honor GPC.

6. How long we keep it

  • Waitlist details: until we reach your area and contact you, or 2 years, whichever comes first.
  • Project requests, visit details, and call and text records: up to 3 years after our last contact with you.
  • Proof that you agreed to texts, or asked us to stop: at least 5 years, so we can show we followed the rules.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner (see Section 7). We may keep some information longer if the law requires it or to settle a dispute.

7. Your choices and rights

Everyone

  • Stop texts: reply STOP to any text from us.
  • Stop calls: tell us on the call, or send us a note.
  • Stop emails: use the unsubscribe link in the email, or send us a note.
  • See, fix or delete your information: send us a privacy request.

After you ask us to delete, we may keep a few things, such as a record of your opt-out (so we don't contact you again) and anything the law says we must keep.

California residents

California law (the CCPA, as changed by the CPRA) gives you the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose, and get a copy of it;
  • Delete personal information we have about you;
  • Correct personal information that is wrong;
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We don't sell it. Using ad cookies and pixels can count as "sharing" for ads under California law. To opt out of that sharing, turn on GPC or send us a privacy request that says "Do not share";
  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information. We don't use sensitive personal information in any way that gives you this right; and
  • Equal treatment. We won't treat you differently for using any of these rights.

What we collect, by California category: identifiers (such as name, phone, email and address); customer records; details about the project you want done; internet activity (such as pages viewed); general location (such as ZIP code); and audio (call recordings). Section 1 lists where it comes from, Section 2 why we use it, and Section 6 how long we keep it.

Who gets it: we disclose these categories to the one pro you asked us to book and to our service providers, for the reasons in Section 3. Ad partners may receive identifiers (a hashed email) and internet activity through cookies and pixels, which California may treat as "sharing." We don't sell personal information, and we don't sell or share information about anyone we know is under 16.

People in other states

Many other states, such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Texas and Oregon, have similar laws. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to see, correct, delete or get a copy of your information, and to opt out of targeted ads, sales of your data, and some kinds of automated profiling. You can make these requests no matter which state you live in.

How to make a request

  • Send us a privacy request on our contact page, or write to us at the address in Section 12.
  • To protect you, we'll confirm it's really you, usually by matching the phone number or email you gave us. We may text or email you a code.
  • We'll answer within 45 days. If we need more time, we'll tell you why, and take up to 45 more days.
  • You can have someone else (an "authorized agent") ask for you, with your signed permission.
  • If we turn down your request, you can appeal. Reply to our answer with "Appeal" in the subject line. We'll reply within 60 days. If you're still not happy, you can contact your state's attorney general.

8. Children

Casalow is only for adults. You must be at least 18 to use it. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have, we'll delete it. If you think a child has given us information, send us a privacy request.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. For example, we limit who can see it and use secure (HTTPS) connections on our site. But no website, phone system or text message is 100% secure, so we can't promise perfect security. Regular text messages are not encrypted, so please don't text us private details like bank numbers. If a data breach affects you, we'll tell you as the law requires.

10. Other websites

Our site or messages may link to other websites, such as a pro's website. Their own privacy policies apply there, not this one.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. If we make a big change to how we use information we already have, we'll tell you first, for example by email or a notice on our site, and ask for your OK when the law requires it.
